Testing the 80 bit serial to parallel driver.
Each LED is individually controlled, and all LEDs switch state at the same time.
Made of 10 74LVC595A.
Project goal is to produce a batch of fake nixe tube (digit display lamps) using SMT LED and side-glow optical fiber. Right now the pattern use 9 curved segments instead of 10 separate digits as in the original lamps.
