Dashcam footage from a driver in Lviv shows what is purportedly a Russian missile striking an electrical station near the Ukrainian city.

Russia has stepped up its indiscriminate and targeted bombing of Ukrainian cities and locations since the bombing at the weekend of a key bridge linking Russia with Crimea.

On Monday, the capital city of Kyiv was hit with Russian missiles for the first time in months, with a children's playground among the areas targeted by Russia's military.
