Gujarat government is observing Statewide mourning today for victims of the Morbi bridge collapse incident. National flag is being flown at half-mast on Gujarat government buildings. No functions & entertainment programmes are being held.
Meanwhile, Lawyers in Morbi staged protest. Morbi & Rajkot Bar associations have reportedly decided not to represent accused in Morbi bridge collapse case.
9 people have been arrested so far including 2 managers of the Oreva group. Court has remanded 4 accused to 4-day police custody.
