Welcome back to my channel! Today's video is a FULL DAY OF FOOD! Walk with me through what I eat in a day as a nursing, sahm, homeschool mom of 4! I workout 4-5 days a week and since the beginning of the year I have been focused on losing the weight from baby 4 (he is 14 months) so I'm eating about 120-140g of protein each day. Down 12lbs!
