The only battles I left out were the Moon Queen's forced loss battle (Even if it might be possible to beat) and Muveil's battle where she leaves halfway.
I think the bosses in Nights of Azure were better, maybe it's just my imagination or nostalgia, either way I don't want to go back and potentially ruin the magic, you also lose in this game if your partner dies which really annoyed me in extreme difficulty. There were good bosses like Joe, Veruschka, Muveil, and Malvasia, the other bosses felt a little off.
David seems to be a joke boss which is sad as it seemed to have some potential instead it was just "Press B on these mirrors and press B on his head", the concept art also had two stained glass windows floating next to him I wonder if the boss was just unfinished or ideas were scrapped.
Sticky was nice until the last phase (Ignoring the glitch in the video) where the boss becomes really easy even if you didn't know the switches that bombed him existed.
Vallderossa I liked, but the real version had the annoying "hang out on the ceiling" phase which really killed it for me, the fake version was nice, they should've just removed the ceiling phase from the real version and made her do more damage.
Joe and the rest I mentioned before reminded me of the first game, but they don't compare to the Pope, Mistral, and Christophorus fights, again it might just be nostalgia.
This game is kind of worth it for the yuri and soundtrack but other than that I would only recommend it to someone if it was on sale and they were into this stuff.
