In this video, we're looking at some overhead and bass drum microphones for the jazz drum set. As I've been doing more remote recording from home, I've dialed in my home recording setup and wanted to share with you the microphones I use and how they sound. I haven't found too many drum set recording related videos with jazz drums, so I hope this is helpful if you're a jazz drummer looking to get started recording or looking to purchase some new microphones.
