It does not work with Terra Wallet but Keplr wallet instead.
So you need to have some Luna in your Keplr wallet for gas
1. You need to have Keplr Wallet
2. Transfer the UST amount that you like to bridge over into Keplr
3. Go to [ Ссылка ]
4. Input your source network as Terra
5. Input your source asset as UST
6. Choose destination network as Avax
7. Input your Metamask Avax address
8. Approved the contract to execute the transfer
9. Add this contract to your MM to see your UST
