In this recipe, I will show you how to prepare the custard tart with nectarines.
Making this cake takes some time, as you have to make the shortcrust pastry and custard. In particular, I prefer to make whole eggs custard, not using just yolks. Both the dough and the cream must rest in the fridge for a while.
To make the tart with the cream, I used half of the dough and just over half of the custard.
You can think about halving the following doses:
The ingredients for the tart are:
- eggs 2 pcs
- sugar 150 g
- lemon with edible peel 1 pc
- flour 500 g
- butter 250 g
The ingredients for the custard with whole eggs are:
- eggs 4 pcs
- milk 1 l
- sugar 150 g
- flour 50 g
- cornstarch 50 g
