Every year I make my kids' Halloween costumes out of cardboard. This build fulfilled my 4-yr-old's dream of becoming Optimus Prime, hero Transformer Autobot. Materials: cardboard boxes, paper rolls, hot glue, acrylic paint, spraypaint, velcro, elastic, and love.
*This is not a detailed tutorial, but gives some insight into the process and final costume outcome.
