Dhuska/ Famous snacks of Jharkhand

Welcome back to my channel. Today i am sharing a recipe of very special Jharkhand snack called Dhuska.It is made of rice, pulses and spices. It is also a famous street food of Jharkhand. It is hasslefree and very easy to make. I hope you all will like it. Do try and give your valueable feedback.

~Ingredients for Dhuska~

Cup used for measurement is of 150 ml
Chana dal or split bengal gram- 1 cup
Urad dal or split black gram- 1/2 cup
Rice (preferably Basmati)- 1 and half cup
Turmeric or haldi powder- 1/2 tsp
Salt-according to taste
Cumin seeds- 1 tsp
Red chilli powder- 1/2 tsp
Chopped green chilli- 1 tsp
Chopped coriander leaves
Baking soda- 1/2 tsp
Grated garlic- 1 tbsp
Oil for frying
