Many hospitals and health clinics are running low on medical supplies and these masks can be used as a last resort method. They help prevent the spread of germs by those who are sick by limiting the exposure area (when coughing or sneezing) and free up medical masks for healthcare workers. They are also washable! You will need 100% cotton fabric and elastic.
Suggested supplies:
1 -100% cotton fabric, each mask uses two 6"x9" pieces. The best method is to search "Fat Quarters" or "Fat Quarter Bundles" on Amazon
