Restaurant Pasta with only 2 Ingredients! Spaghetti with butter & anchovies! Quick, cheap and easy recipe. Gourmet pasta recipe for every day, simple with few ingredients!
Ingredients for 4 people:
0,7lb/320g of spaghetti.
5,6oz/160g of butter.
8 anchovies in salt.
Parmesan crust.
Oregano powder.
Caper powder.
Chilli oil.
Method:
Put the butter at room temperature.
Desalted the anchovies; remove the bones, chop the fillets coarsley, then crush them with the knife on the cutting board; must become a coarse paste. Toast the bones in the over at 356°F/180°C for 10 minutes.
In a saucepan add 1USqt/1l of water, the parmesan crust, the toasted bones and leave to infuse for 20 minutes with minimum heat. Add 3 ladles of broth in the pot, salt and throw down spaghetti.
In a bowl add the softened butter, the anchovies and mix well; add dried oregano and incorporated.
Cook spaghetti in plenty salted water.
In a pan reduce 2 ladles of broth.
5 minutes before the time indicated, drain spaghetti in the pan and cook with the broth for about 3 minutes. Turn off the stove, add a part of softened anchovies butter and mix well. Add the rest and stir yet. Finally a spoon of chilli oil, a pinch of dried oregano and stir more.
Serve with a sprinkling of caper powder.
