As for 3 gallon, 5 gallon and 6 gallon bottle water. Automatic removed cap, automatic brush washing the outside and inside of the bottle, automatic loading the bottle. The whole process of washing bottle, filling water, sleeve cap and pressure the cap in a closed tunnel, effectively prevent secondary pollution.
All parts contacting water are made of 304L stainless steel, with ozone-resistance and in compliance with food-grade standards. Nozzles are inserted to rinse the bottles thoroughly.Fast cycle system is adopted for heated alkali rinsing, drastically decreasing electricity consumption.Controlled by PLC, it is fully automatic.

Process of gallon filling line :
Removed the cap- Brush washing the outside and inside of the bottle -Automatic loading the 5gallon bottle to washing filling capping machine-Automatic washing the 5gallon bottle by clean and purified water, automatic filling pure water into plastic bottle, sleeve and pressure cap on the bottled water -washing filling capping machine - Worker sleeve a tube label at the mouth of the 5gallon bottled water, then auto sealer will heating the label, then label will shrinking and got tight sealer the bottle mouth.
