This applies to both the Resmed Airsense 10 and 11. Essentially this is a cool-down function. You’ll see this with the snowflake icon. What the machine is off, but blowing any excess condensation out of the tube and humidifier chamber so you don’t have any build up. This takes about 20 minutes.
If you have your daily functionality test set to start on your machine (default from the manufacturer) . It puff up a few times in start up and it takes about 10-20 seconds and shuts down.
You can tell the sound difference from when a machine is ON for cool-down function and when it is ON for use.
