Detectives have questioned Embakasi East MP Babu Owino over disparaging remarks directed at president Uhuru Kenyatta during an opposition political rally held over the weekend. Detectives from the directorate of criminal investigations arrested the first time MP Monday in the wake of sustained protests by a section of Kenyans demanding the arrest and prosecution of the youthful MP.
