Today I want to share a delicious Almond Milk Dessert Recipe. This is a very healthy dessert as it contains almonds, south apricot, and brown rice. With only 5 ingredients, it's easy to make and in no time you'll have a healthy dessert to enjoy! Try it now!
NOTE: You can save the strained almond paste and use it to make cookies or use it in another recipe!
Ingredients | 材料
Almonds (peeled) 50g | 去皮杏仁 50 克
South apricot 40g | 一些南杏 40克
Brown Rice (soaked overnight) 2tbsp | 浸泡一夜的糙米 2 tbsp
Rock Sugar 35g | 冰糖 35克
Water 1+1 (2 cups total) | 水 1+1 杯
