Learn how to make these steam coconut layer cakes.
This is an updated version with more coconut milk and rice flour and some glutinous rice flour added. These combo adds a softer texture and less chewy consistency.

1 bag tapioca starch (16 oz)
1 1/4 cups rice flour
3 Tbsp glutinous rice flour
2 1/2-3 cups sugar
3 cans coconut cream/milk (400 ml each)
4 cups water
Food color/colors of choice
