My friend invited me to some modded lobby or something and it put a Gold Desert Eagle in all my secondary weapon slots. It's not a selectable weapon, so if I take it out of a class its gone from that class forever.

The Gold Deagle is the exact same as the regular Deagle in MW2, meaning its still shit and inferior in every way to the .44 Magnum. Too much recoil. The gold skin is the exact same one as COD4, but it doesn't have the same lower recoil as the COD4 one, if that makes sense. You can't put any attachments on the Gold Deagle. So yeah.

Yes you can use this in matchmaking and yes other people can see its golden and pick it up.
