A unique apple recipe that's a change from the normal pies, cakes and breads that were all used to. Thanks for watching my cooking videos and recipes suggestions are always welcomed!

Ingredients

2 3/4 quick cooking oats
1 1/4 flour
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup softened butter
1 1/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup milk
1 egg
2 apples peeled and finely diced
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon milk
2 tablespoons caramel sauce
