Exiled Congolese in South Africa are outraged over the DRC's government's decision to refuse presidential hopeful Moïse Katumbi to re-run in the much anticipated December polls. Opposition leader Katumbi has lived in self-imposed exile in Belgium since May 2016 after falling out with Kabila. He was refused to go back to his home province of Lumbubashi due a threat of arrest over his impending charge.
