These sessions are designed for people who can walk independently with a stick or a trekking pole indoors, and outdoors on even surfaces.
Targeted area: Core and Balance – Week 4 of 4
These exercises will strengthen the muscles in your body responsible for your stability and movement.
This style of exercise is targeted towards improving your balance and body strength which in turn will improve your confidence in performing your daily tasks such as walking or turning.
