We've have been using Canon products for shooting video for years, from the Canon 5D Mark II, through the the very first C300 and more recently the C200. When the Canon R6 was released it was a game changer for us in terms of being able to film rolling motorcycle shots from a moving vehicle easily and quickly with the need of a full car rig and stabilisation system. The main draw back of the original R6 was it overheating when shooting anything in 4K, so it pretty much ruled it out as a camera to shoot interview footage and made it a B cam only. Well apparently they have fixed the over heating issue with the R6 Mark II so we'd thought we give it a go.
