In this video, we ll see how to make bitter gourd sambar. Also called as pavakkai sambar or Kakarkaya sambar. This is an easy sambar that pairs well with rice, idli and dosa too. I have used local Bitter gourd variety available here in Singapore. You can also use tender bitter gourds, that is midi pavakkai in Tamil or the regular long bitter gourds that you get in India widely.
