In this video, we will be recreating the Multiverse Portal/Rip effect from the movie Spider-man No way Home completely inside After Effects
FRACTURE MAP:
If you are familiar with 3d programs, you must have heard about VORONOI Algorithm and VORONOI Fracture Maps
Fracture map is basically a multi - colored texture map, with each color representing a chunk/piece of Shatter layer
In this case, I installed an app called Voronoi on my android mobile and took a screenshot of a pattern
and imported that pattern in this tutorial
