Do you constantly feel like you need to run to the bathroom even after you just went? Before leaving the house do you ever go pee just in case? These could be symptoms of an over active bladder. There are a number of reasons for having these symptoms, but give these a try:
Heel raises- the feel and calf muscles are connected by the same nerve that controls the pelvic floor muscles
Breathing- gentle breaths to the sides of your rib cage to help lengthen your pelvic floor. A tight pelvic floor could be putting more pressure on your bladder giving you that urge.
