Freeze them for 30 minutes
Pan fry them for about 2 minutes a side, or until they are browned
I served over a strawberry salad with a Syrah vinaigrette
How to make the vinaigrette:
Combine 1 part mustard with 3 parts vinegar
Slowly drizzle in 9 parts oil while whisking constantly
