This client smelled an odor in their basement and it turned out they had water coming in. When our team got in there we found multiple counts of black mold and decided the whole basement needed to be gutted. We used HEPA vacuums on the wall, ceilings, and floor and fogged to kill off mold spores. After that, we did another round of HEPA vacuuming with air scrubbers.
