Bún Mắm Vân- A speciality dish of the central region and something I always look forward to eating. The Mam nem in central Vietnam and when you take that and add it all to a bowl with delicious ingredients, you can beat you have yourself a good meal.

Mít trộn Bà Già-Unreal. So cheap and delicious. Still one of my favorite things I ate when in Da Nang. The mit tron and banh bot loc were by far my favorite, just flavor packed and full of heat. The best under a $1 meal in Vietnam.

Bánh tráng kẹp dì Hoàng- A bunch of ladies cooking of delicious snacks for what seemed to be a younger generation. Crunchy, intense flavors, and cheap, no wonder this place was packed full with having just opened.
