It's the season now, and many of our divers have already been attacked, by the dreaded Titan Trigger Fish. Funny thing about a muck/macro dive, is you become so focused on finding the little small things, that you forget about the big ones! Imagine my surprise, when I looked up to see this magnificent creature, just a meter away! It's trigger was up (the dorsal fin that goes up and down depending on the creatures mood) and I knew I was in big trouble! I hit the video button, as I hope to document the amazing bite I'll receive, when this fish hits. Perhaps I'm the only one in town, stupid enough to swim TOWARD this fish when it attacks. I just want to get footage of this wonderful creature, and I'm willing to risk some pain to get it! This time was different. Each time the fish began an attack, it broke off! I believe, it's because of my new, very bright, flood lamp. I think it was blinded, each time it got too close. Wow! Bad news is, I don't have a huge wound to parade around to all my friends, and post on FB! Maybe next time....hehehehe!
