The Kasese District Poverty Reduction Project in Uganda has come to an end. The Belgian ambassador, Alain Hanssein, commissioned some of the constructions, such as the market on the border with Congo (at which a Congolese delegation was invited) to boost cross-border trade between the two countries, roads, bridges, schools, health facilities and rural electrification. - September 2013
