Ingredients
3lb 50/50 beef and pork meat
2 cups milk
1 egg
15 gr salt
13 gr curing salt
Dan-O’s seasoning
Meat, milk, egg should be cold! Bake bologna at 175F in 175F heated water for 2 hours! Do not boil the water. Then immediately put it in iced cold water for 20 minutes. Enjoy
