Victor Blud (Виктор Блуд) comes from the most stunning Russian city, Saint Petersburg. He is very popular on social media reaching half a million subscribers on Youtube. Victor’s videos and attitude towards training acts as a motivation for many young athletes.
His road to this huge popularity was uneasy. Before getting there he tried many jobs. At first, Victor was working behind the counter of a McDonald's, then in construction where he needed to carry heavy sacks each day. It was during this period of his life that he forgot about training. After that, he found a job in building restoration but later left it and started to work as a security guard. At this point, Blud had more free time to begin work as a personal trainer.
He started his sporting career in karate and even successfully participated in the local championship. Later, Victor slowly switched his focus from martial arts to the sport of strength training. At first, he was only exercising with a kettlebell. Then, he was training in powerlifting, weightlifting, but finally and until this time Blud focused more on CrossFit....
