This style of korean fried chicken is sweet. salty, and sticky. It is so delicious and very crispy.
INGREDIENTS:
1 kg. chicken (cut into small or medium size)
2 tbsp. garlic paste
1 tbsp. ginger powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp. dried parsley (optional)
1 tbsp. curry powder
Freshly crushed black pepper
2-3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 eggwhite
Ornstarch (for coating)
Oil (for frying)
Rice cakes (optional)
SAUCE:
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 cup rice or corn syrup
2 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. dijon mustard
Black pepper
2 tbsp. minced garlic
2-3 pcs dried chillies
1 tbsp. honey
nuts (optional)
