In a move civil rights leaders in Southern California are calling a “serious step in the right direction,” changes are underway for the LAPD.

“BNC Live” host Laverne McGee says a new use-of-force policy has been approved for the department. McGee is joined by BNC correspondent Walter Morris, who says all LAPD officers will be legally required to intervene if they see another officer “crossing the line” or using excessive force, facing the same consequences if they fail to do so.
