The communities in Flores and Wakatobi have extensive untouched potential for sustainable tourism. To further their competitiveness, SUSTOUR facilitated DMO Flores and Wakatobi SINTASU in developing COCOS (Community Coaching for Sustainability) program. The program was delivered by a network of local expert trainers and coaches, to assist villages develop their sustainable tour products.
