Seriously it looks pretty tough, but if you can perform a few clean wide pull ups and archer pull ups you can learn this airwalk quite fast! :)
Each time I went for a workout I practised it (approximately 2/3 weeks of practise until I shot this video), the hardest part is the 'slow transition/gliding' from left to right, right to left.
Try it, It is such a fun and also a great workout! :D
I will continue to practise that airwalk and in the future hopefully I can incorporate some front lever and back lever steps which make it look way cooler, but of course I need much more time.
