In the third episode of our Create Like A Pro videos based on famous artist tracks, Flavio Gargano uses Cubase Pro for composing a track inspired by The Batman soundtrack composed by Michael Giacchino. Flavio demonstrates the music production workflow, including how to analyse song structure, creating variations, using stereo delay and other processing like the compressor plug-in, sidechain delay reverb and creating a chorus effect. He uses instruments that come with the Cubase DAW, including HALion Sonic SE and Groove Agent 5, as well as important techniques like detecting and deleting frequencies, how to avoid digital distortion and mix bus routing.
