Hey Y’all! I’m gearing up for my next tournament out at Lake of the Pines this Saturday. It’s a BFL tournament and I just wanted to share with y’all a little bit of what I do to prep for a tournament.
I double check my bag, make sure I have all of my gear in it. As you can tell, I have all of my rods and reels set up, so I check the line on all of them. Make sure all the leaders are good. I do have one that I’m swapping out.
I’m, adding my KastKing Megatron for this weekend, so Ineed to spool that up get that ready to go. I also go through my bait boxes. Check and see if I got any guys like this where the hooks have broken off, I need to swap out put new hooks on, get them all ready to go.
In addition to that, I go through all my Senkos, see what I need to replenish. Check my traps, make sure all of them are good. You know my square bills, make sure none of them are broken off like this little guy needs to go in the trash. I’ll rob the hooks off of the bottom of them. Get all my boxes squared away and get ready to fish on; so tight lines, everyone. I’ll see you out there.
