A Caesar salad is a green salad of romaine lettuce and croutons dressed in a creamy cheesy mayo combo!!
Chicken Caesar Salads are perfect for packing for lunch or enjoying as a light dinner, especially when topped with this creamy, homemade Caesar dressing.
This salad is easy to make because so much of it can be prepped ahead of time.
Ingredients:
➕Step 1: start making croutons
📌bread slices. 4
📌olive oil. 4 tbsp
Cut the bread into small cubes and Fry until crisp and crunch on medium flame.
Transfer into an airtight container..
➕Step :2 start making Caesar dressing for salad
📌mayonnaise. 4 tbsp
📌cream cheese. 2 tbsp
📌cheddar cheese slices. 3 sheets
📌salt. 1/2 tsp
📌garlic. 2 cloves
📌pepper powder. 1/2 tsp
📌oregano. 1 tsp
📌sugar. 1 tsp
📌chilled milk. 6 tsp
Make into a fine paste in a blender and keep aside
➕STEP:3 start making tender chicken strips
📌chicken boneless. 400 gm
📌pepper powder. 1 tsp
📌oregano. 1/2 tsp
📌salt to taste
📌vinegar. 1
📌butter. 2 tbsp
Fry the marinade chicken in butter on high flame for 10 minutes,do not fry crisp,
After 5 minutes the water from the chicken oozes out,keep on high flame for other 5 minutes.
Now our chicken is cooked and tender and soft
➕Assamble
📌Romaine Lettuce 🥬
📌croutons
📌Caesar dressing
📌tender chicken strips
Mix and have a piece of chicken with a piece of crouton along with the lettuce in the creamy dressing..
