PRODUCTION CAPACITIES ENLARGEMENT
In 2022 we bought company Strojrem from Croatia. Siapro has been cooperating with Strojrem already for 17 years.
With the purchase of Strojrem we acquired additional engineering and production capacities. Now we have more than 65 highly professional employees and as much as 4.000 m2 of covered production areas.
ENGINEERING TEAM
We are international team of consultants, engineers and technologists and we work as Siapro group. With purchase of Strojrem this year we strengthened our professional engineering team and our production capacities. We are young team. With our know-how we offer innovative solutions and new technologies. This include also solutions for “green field” projects.
We strive to constant development and improvement of equipment.
In recent years we are more and more involved in the market of manufacturing equipment for automatization, robotization and digitalization of different productions. With this direction we follow expected demands and customer’s development in the market.
SIAPRO E.ECO SHOTBLASTING TURBINE
One of our most recognized equipment in the field of shotblasting is our very efficient, the most economical and the most costs effective E.ECO shotblasting turbine. Once you have it you cannot be without it. We can build-in E.ECO shotblasting turbines in equipment of different producers of shot blasting machines. With E.ECO turbines you get (preveri!)
- 8 -10 times longer blades life time,
- 27% reduced electrical consumption,
- minimum 10% lower abrasive consumption
- Blasting capacity 10 - 30% better
With our E.ECO smart turbine and complete process monitoring we can offer the best shotblasting results on the market.
For our customers is important to know, that our nearest big airport is Venice that is 2 hours’ drive from our headquarters in Slovenia.
And another big airport is Zagreb airport, that is 50 min drive from our Strojrem production. So we can have great communication with business partners and customers.
In Siapro we have “Abrasive and surface technology test centre” in central Europe We will show you one case of testing in this Siapro turbine shotblasting machine.
TEST CENTER FOR ABRASIVE AND SURFACE TREATMENT IN CENTRAL EUROPE
We test shotblasting and shotpeening processes to get the best results for minimum costs. We test also metal, aluminium, and other abrasives. For example, in last year’s we developed together with our partner a revolutionary technology for ECO-DRY mechanical pickling process, where we eliminated harmful chemical substances.
For testing we need customers work piece, customer’s abrasive and metalworking requirements. With testing we help customers identify the best and the most cost-effective solution and the optimal technology of surface treatment for their products.
