Andhra Pradesh industries and IT minister Mekapati Goutham died of cardiac arrest in Hyderabad on 21st February. The 50-year old was rushed to a private hospital in Hyderabad following a complaint about chest pain in the early hours.The doctors at the hospital declared him brought dead.
