Well, we gonna make a tea tray out of 40 mm beech. For your convenience, we have prepared the checklist:
Beech 40 mm thick;
Large diameter milling cutter (6 mm) + additional milling cutter, if you gonna engrave;
Equipment for fixing the material.

For a rectangular tea tray, a large diameter end-milling cutter is the best choice for fast processing. We have a 6 mm thick one.

We have the Wattsan M1 1313 CNC router machine with a 3kW spindle. The model cuts and engraves wood, plywood, MDF, foam plastic perfectly — it is quite the thing!
