My Cheesecake Is Bleeding shadowgraphy paper music video, wow! this video was a challenge!
I had the great idea or stupid idea to use shadow/silhouette art for this music video after watching Little Dragon - Twice, many years ago.
At that time I was clueless as to how they made the video, I had never seen anything like it, to be honest, and I really really loved it.
I tried to hire a friend of mine to make this video at one point, but he had his own ideas of what the video should look like, but I guess it was a blessing that he never got the chance to even work on the video through regular life struggles in Trinidad as an artist, he had no time for art when you need to put food on the table.
So 8 months of waiting came to an end when I could not wait any longer, I decided to take up the challenge!
I researched all over Youtube to find out what type of animation was used in the Little Dragon video, and after long last I found it, it was called Shadow Puppets or Shadow Play!!!!
Now to learn how to make my own Shadow Puppetry, which took a couple more months. lol
This is my version of a love story, enjoy.
Hopefully will see this video on ONErpm Studios one day!
