The first part of a new series covering the Great Crusade and the Foundations of the Imperium.

In this episode we get the boring admin out the way of timeline and source problems, but then its gets better and we explore a brief history of terra following the unification wars and some of the early events in the imperium of man such as the creation of the Primarchs, Astartes, the fate of the Thunder Warriors, the imperial truth and start of Emperor of mankind's reign. This is to briefly set the scene before moving onto deeper subjects.

This series will eventually cover all aspects of the early Imperium, Great Crusade and Horus Heresy. I am attempting to cover things that aren't normally discussed and although I will go into detail on the Legions, I will attempt to focus on other aspects of Imperial history, how they emerged and how they will effect the 40k universe.
