Making this bait glug is extremely easy, it has a massive edge over many of the readily available shop bought glugs as it contains a good quantity of nutrition within a grainy texture for the fish to occupy themselves with. You can tweak the ingredients to suit your own needs or to give your fishing spots something the fish haven't encountered before, it could be a real edge in your angling.

Here's what you'll need:
1 heaped table spoon CLO
1 heaped table spoon fishmeal
Approx' 70ml glycerol.
Colour to suit
Flavour if desired.
