Chinese new year is a major cenebrative event in China and mant other Asian countries, China Town of Bangkok was established in the 1782 and with the huge influx of chinese migrates into the Yaowarat area in the following years, it has grown into one of the largest China Town in this world. Chinese New Year is celebrated wildly here, even with the pandemic situation this year, it has not stopped thousands of people celebrating at China Town and the atmosphere was incredible!

The Street food scene offered in China Town during Chinese new year was as good as ever, Spicy roll noodle soups, grilled squid and seafoods, desserts, seafood dishes are just a few dishes within the hundreds of dishes offered here.

Other than street foods there are many restaurants serving delicious Chinese and Thai dishes, as well as desserts.
