Having a little monthly reset whilst travelling in Greece and making it my intention to come back to the habits which are a form of self love in the shape of balanced discipline and compassion. Whilst living overseas I've been finding such a sense of stability and safety in my self care rituals and routines which can come with me wherever I go. Things like exercise, music, dance, journaling, sketching, yoga and just thinking and processing the things around me.

At the end of September, I spent a few slow days in Athens and Naxos with the intention of bringing myself some calm and clarity before heading into the ripe month of October. As always, I hope this video can breathe some positive energy into your life. Sending love, Cam x
