Toyota unveiled the GR86 Rally Legacy Concept at the 2024 SEMA Show, celebrating its rich rally heritage with an exciting twist. This concept car builds on the 2024 GR86 with the Performance Package, seamlessly combining nostalgic elements with the latest rally tech. Inspired by the legendary ST185 and ST205 Celica GT-Four models, this GR86 is equipped with the powerful GR-FOUR AWD drivetrain from the GR Corolla and a turbocharged 3-cylinder engine, delivering 300hp and 273 lb.-ft of torque.
Creating this homage meant redesigning the GR86’s chassis and suspension to fit the GR Corolla's dynamic AWD system, custom coil-overs, and a high-performance intercooler. With its Halo White finish, iconic rally colors, and Toyota Gazoo Racing logos, the GR86 Rally Legacy Concept is a visual stunner, while rally mudflaps, a custom exhaust, and Celica GT-Four-inspired spoiler complete its vintage rally vibe.
Inside, racing seats, a full cage, and 6-point harnesses uphold the rally spirit, making this concept a true fantasy car for GR and Toyota rally fans.
