Hello everyone, Today we received feedback from Indonesia about a 500kg/h fish feed production line, this production line includes a crusher, mixer, wet fish feed pellet machine, dryer, seasoning barrel and cooler.
Below is the process flow of this production line:
Crusher: As the first step of the production line, the crusher is responsible for finely crushing various raw materials such as grains, fish meal, soybean meal, etc. This step is crucial because it directly affects the uniformity of subsequent mixing and the taste of the finished product. Through efficient crushing, all raw materials can reach the ideal particle size, laying a good foundation for subsequent steps.
Mixer: After the raw materials are crushed, they will be sent to the mixer for full mixing. The mixer uses advanced mixing technology to ensure that various raw materials are evenly mixed in proportion, thereby ensuring the balance of various nutrients in fish feed. This is one of the key steps to improve feed quality.
Fish feed pellet machine: Next, the evenly mixed materials will be sent to the fish feed pellet machine for pelleting. The pellet machine makes the materials into pellets by extrusion and cutting, which is convenient for fish to eat and digest and absorb. At the same time, the pellet machine can adjust the particle size according to demand to meet the growth needs of different fish.
Dryer: The pelletized feed pellets contain a certain amount of moisture and need to be dried by the dryer. The dryer adopts an efficient and energy-saving heating method to quickly remove excess moisture from the pellets to prevent mildew while retaining the nutrients and taste of the feed.
Seasoning barrel: In order to improve the palatability of the feed, some production lines will also be equipped with seasoning barrels. In this step, various attractants or flavoring agents can be added as needed to make the feed more attractive to fish.

Cooler: The temperature of the dried feed pellets is relatively high and needs to be cooled by a cooler. The cooler can quickly reduce the temperature of the pellets to avoid the impact of high temperature on the quality of the feed, while making the pellets more stable and easy to store and transport.
