The BSF briefed the situation that at the checkpoint they had stopped the trucks on the road because they had suspicion that the trucks were carrying narcotic substances. They found that the smugglers were trying to smuggle the consignment in a sperate compartment made in the truck for smuggling.
Punjab police have got another success in busting an ISI-backed narco-terror module. The two Pakistan-based trucks were nabbed by Punjab cops for taking heroin worth at least two kilograms. The cops also recovered two AK-47s from the accused. Pakistan is the focus of attention.
